Borrowing a bicycle is often an additional workload for the employees, which they may also be sceptical about, so that a direct communication of this activity helps to dispel prejudices and ensure a smooth start of the new station.<br />

Im Idealfall seid ihr bei einem Teamtreffen der Station anwesend und habt die Möglichkeit, den Ausleihprozess zu klären und Fragen des Teams zu beantworten. Oftmals ist die Ausleihe des Lastenrads für die Mitarbeiter*innen ein zusätzlicher Arbeitsaufwand, dem sie unter Umständen auch skeptisch gegenüberstehen, sodass eine direkte Vermittlung dieser Tätigkeit hilft, Vorurteile abzubauen und für einen reibungslosen Start der neuen Station zu sorgen.<br />

Bei der automatisierten Übergabe sehen wir folgende Vor- und Nachteile:


+ Die Ausleihe geht schnell, da es keine zwischenmenschlichen Kontakt gibt.
+ Das Lastenrad kann jederzeit, unabhängig von Öffnungszeiten ausgeliehen werden.
- Die Ausleihe ist anonym und es können keine Fragen gestellt werden.


Die automatisierte Übergabe wird z. B. von das LastenVelo Freiburg genutzt. Das kommerzielle Angebot Donke-ee aus Köln hat die automatisierte Übergabe mit der persönlichen kombiniert. Die Lastenräder stehen an Stationen und können dort jederzeit automatisch ausgeliehen und zurückgebracht werden. Bei Fragen sind jedoch während der Öffnungszeiten der Station Ansprechpartner*innen vor Ort.
