-Die KasiKiste (so heißt sie in Köln) ist eine kleine Holzbox mit allen nötigen Unterlagen für die Ausleihstation. Sie steht also immer dort, von wo aus das Lastenrad gerade verliehen wird. Wandert also das Lastenrad nach einer gewissen Zeit von einer Ausleihstation zur nächsten, so wandert auch die KasiKiste mit. Ihr Inhalt ist so konzipiert, dass möglichst einfach unterschiedliche Personen (das gesamte Personal eines Cafès) eine Ausleihe übernehmen können. Dazu hat sie folgenden Inhalt:
