Message definition (Was ist notwendig, um das Projekt Freies Lastenrad zu starten?)

Für den Start eines Freien Lastenrads sind nicht unbedingt hohe finanzielle oder personelle Ressourcen notwendig. Je nach Anspruch an das Projekt reicht Folgendes aus:
* eine [[Welche Ziele und Zielgruppen sollen mit dem Projekt erreicht werden?|Vision]]
* ein [[Wie können Verantwortlichkeiten im Projekt definiert sein?|Team]] (mindestens zwei motivierte Menschen)
* ein [[Wie sollen Projekt und Lastenrad heißen und gestaltet sein?|Name]] für das Lastenrad (Jedes Kind braucht einen Namen.)
* ein [[Wie wählen wir das richtige Lastenrad?|Lastenrad]]
* eine [[Was sind geeignete Stationen?|Station]]
* eine kleine [[Wie spricht man die Menschen an, die ein Freies Lastenrad nutzen sollen?|Marketing]]-Erstausstattung (Fotos vom Lastenrad, eine Webseite, ggf. eine Facebook-Fanpage, Flyer oder Aufkleber)
* ein Buchungssystem – idealerweise ein Onlinebuchungssystem, aber mindestens einen Papier-Kalender an der Station
* eine verwantwortliche Person für die [[Exkurs: Wartung des Lastenrads|Wartung]] des Lastenrads

For the start of a Commons Cargobike, high financial or human resources are not exactly necessary. Depending on the project requirements, the following is sufficient::

one vision
a team (a team (at least two motivated people))
a name for the cargobike (each child needs a name)
a cargobike
a station
a small initial marketingoutfit (photos of the cargobike, a website, a Facebook fanpage,

flyer or sticker, if necessary)

a booking system - ideally an online booking system, but at least one paper calendar at the station
a person responsible for the maintenance of the cargobike
